If you are complacent and used to living on check to check level of income and working in entry level demeaning type of positions this is a great fit for you.
Cons
If you are ambitious about technology, selling and advancing your career and working to your full potential; this place will disappoint and discourage you; depress you. You will be shocked at what it is not. You can move on to somewhere else if you are able to kiss a little butt; keep your head down and agree with everything or be just related to someone and you don't have to know anything about the job. Speaking your mind and calling things what they are will get you labeled as having a bad attitude. It's not an income that will sustain you in Hawaii and you will need another job in addition to working 40 hrs a week
