The company culture is a little more relaxed than many large companies.

The pace is fast and a bit disorganized. As I understood, people rarely if ever got raises if they even stayed there long enough, for example I heard from a few coworkers that they hadn't seen a raise after three years in. Management is always in flux and regularly pivots plans... you'll see a decent amount of hires and fires if you're there for a year. You might be one of a handful of staff left in your dept after a year.
