Total lack of care and effort from the top down: - Staff was cut from 25+ people down to just 12 - Mass layoffs with no warning - Management hires unqualified staff and gives ZERO training - Quality staff fired in breach of union contract had to be rehired w/ backpay - Unbalanced workload; no process improvement efforts - Front of House staff successfully schemed to reduce senior coworker's tip-share after coworkers transferred from FOH to Back of House; tips are a good 1/3rd of your total pay
