      Great office location, that's about it.

      Cons

      - Terrible management overall, which stems from the founder who is the absolute worst! - Feels like a sorority group, cliquey and totally immature - Emotions are always high and intense. Someone is always crying. - No benefits, very low pay, and no health coverage!!!

      Hatch was a positive work environment and not too physically or mentally demanding.

      You did not always get as many hours as you wanted, due to slow seasons.
