None at all, terrible place to try and earn a living

Cons

You are thrown on to the shop floor straight with no help. Customers are awful, abusive people. Systems we had to use are so slow and makes this very frustrating as you're only allowed on the phone with the customer for a tiny amount of time. Its call after call, no time to do anything. Was not made aware during the interview that I would have to resell insurance. My TL was AWFUL. All she cared about was stats. Joined the team and was told I was to be excluded from their celebration bonus because I wasn't there long enough. My mental health deteriorated into nothing. TL did not give a damn, just hounded me to make more sales. Lasted 2 weeks on shop floor and then just got up and left, you need to be desperate or super resiliant to work there.
