I could take as many smokes breaks as I wanted to.

The rollover rate is astronomical. For the year I worked there 25 people came and left. Anywhere from managers to lab techs to patient liaison to coordinators. Management could care less about you. The owner knows what’s going on and gives people money to shut up. The place should have been sued 8 times while I was there for malpractice. The FDA shows up a lot. (Which is a bad thing) and people forge doctors signatures because no one cares. Also, we worked during COVID-19 with people infected with the virus. They refused to shut down so 60% of our building got sick. They threatened people’s jobs if they turned them in.
