      I enjoy work , hence if any problem comes, happily try to resolve it.

      According to me there are down sides , if you face the situation and overcome it you get a feeling of Happiness and want to do more. Ups and down will be there wherever we go we have to face such situation ,that doesn't means that you should hop for another Job. The Best Example is Mr Modi
