HashiCorp is still a wonderful company...even after 2 years - Director HashiCorp Employee Review

I have to admit, this is the longest "honeymoon" phase of anywhere I have worked. I am still as enamored by this company as the day I started. I keep asking myself why and there isn't just one thing that I can point to. I am certain that the people who work here are a huge part of why I think it's so great. I get to work with wonderful humans who have a good heart and are interested in doing what is right. They make me feel like I belong in so many ways, which really goes to show how frequently good behaviors are demonstrated that make me feel valued and respected.
