Ooops! We are disheartened to receive negative feedback from you but we totally understand that you are not happy with the appraisal results and this review is the outcome of that. We have a Career Advisor process and a well-defined Career Roadmap in place to nullify the politics and biases during the performance appraisals. We have a very scientific performance appraisal process to give timely feedback on strengths/weaknesses. We spend around 3-4 weeks to do the performance evaluation that too every 6 months, which means there is a lot of emphasis given to make sure that we do justice to all the hard work that employees put in. Looks like you are in HashedIn for quite a less time and so is the misconception that the performance rating depends solely on manager’s feedback which is not true.
