Pros
You could make great money at this restaurant as a server. At the end of the day, the kitchen staff made a "family meal" for all the servers free of charge. That was a really nice perk at the end of a long day. You will also rarely be standing around so if you're a server who likes to be busy, this is definitely the place! They also offer sick pay and 401ks.
Cons
A lot of sidework and you have to tip everyone out (and a lot). You have to tip out the host, bartender, busboys, and even the kitchen staff. Don't get me wrong, they all deserve to be tipped out a lot of money but it is definitely the most money I have ever tipped out anywhere I have worked. On average, I would walk away with 10% of my sales due to the high tip outs. Sales were typically anywhere from $1200-$3000 in sales so it was still a good amount of money.
