Pros
Flexibility with time (good for family orientated people), most managers are helpful, a good General Manager can make or break your experience, tips on the floor can be really good especially as they are not shared.
Cons
Head office does not know how to run the company, they bring in new "ways to improve business" or get rid of things that works. They definitely never worked the floor in their life, especially since they throw discounts out like its going out of fashion. Fellow members of staff can be quite toxic, childish, or back-stabbing. Keep your head-down or be prepared to defend yourself. Managers can be basically under 25 so do not expect much from some of them. Quite a gossipy place so be prepared for drama, especially if the workforce is young.
