HH was an exceptional place to work. My employees were outstanding in every regard.

Economy created a headwind that made growth very difficult, and the rise of the dollar was not a help either.

It's a laid back environment, where employees are given the freedom to interact with customers how they find best. You're not micromanaged or overly coached. Very friendly staff and management.

Lack of opportunities for growth. Very little career progression coaching. It's retail. Low pay relative to the cost of living in San Francisco.
