      The students are wonderful and the curriculum is thorough.

      Cons

      Things tend to be very last minute and it can get stressful. Projects are usually rushed and rushed to meet the deadline. Additionally, depending on the program you may or may not get funding for field trips and classroom materials. Communication can be discombobulated and expectations are not always clear.

      Pros

      Great benefits, and great staff, and a beautiful community that deserves all the best. This library system is very modern and has the latest of everything library related, and a community that truly cares for its library.

      Cons

      Upper management very bureaucratic, often make safe decisions not best decisions, managers don’t have a union.
