Some managers really have no idea what our we do day to day or know how to support team members for growth.

I feel confident in the company, CEO of the company and product. It had a great atmosphere back when I first started.

A lot of changes through the years. Seems you have to be a part of the "click" to get recognition. Used to be a fun place to work but too many managers that really don't care about anything except getting " their" bonuses. Management team needs to be thinned out and really looked into as to who is really productive and cares about their team. Big lack of communication between departments!
