      Pros

      Nice people at mid levels, discount, extra summer holidays, big part of the community.

      Cons

      Don't even think about thinking outside of the box or you will be ostracized. Annual layoffs. poor medical benefits. Big part of the community. Fyi, Craig Johnson was a good CEO, but Flowers forced him out so this site needs updating.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
