Low Pay - Sales Associate Harry & David Employee Review

Their process (materials handling, inventory, order processing) is a mess which can make your job very difficult. For example, when they ran out of gift baskets that were ordered, in part, because they were deemed Kosher, they substituted with a gift basket containing PORK SAUSAGE!!!! Needless to say, we had one very, very unhappy customer. This kind of stuff happens way too much.
