Pros
Good basic training in the music industry. If you are entry-level, it's a great place to start and become familiar with all facets of the industry. You will learn a lot, and be able to get a job at a different company with a management track.
Cons
Petty department managers who refuse to work with anyone than their favored people make life difficult at HFA. Management team sucked but most of it has turned over. Unfortunately terrible SVP of HR is still there and she is a nightmare of a human being. Never trust her. Good training/stepping-stone means most of the intelligent people I knew at HFA have moved on to other companies. High turnover rate.
