      Flexible Schedule, understanding management, relaxed environment, if you do hard-work and do favors for Management they will do favors for you. Its a give and take relationship.

      Cons

      Customers treating Customer Service people badly just because they have money. Check in complaints from Employees once a while, change management if its making your employees quit....

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
