      Excellent advancement opportunities, part-time and full time benefits, profit sharing bonus checks twice a year, 401k matching, 10% discount on any Harris Teeter product excluding fresh foods (deli, produce, and meat), extensive training programs, great working environment.

      Upper management occasionally makes bad decisions.

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
