Pros

-Very flexible with part timers schedules. -Two bonuses a year for ALL employees -Some benefits for part timers -401k -Depending on your department manager, can be pretty laid back. -Yearly "Raise" but it is very small.

Cons

-Very low pay, at least in my district. Start you off with low pay. -Getting a significant raise is near to impossible. Myself and a co-worker have been asking for a raise for months and nobody has even looked into it. -Very "Corporate" mood in most stores -Management seems arrogant and lazy. -Staff is always shorthanded, and hours are always limited.
