Pros
Exposure to wide range of clients and wide range of quantitative methodology (good experience).
Committed to training and development. Basic salary not bad despite poor benefits package.
Cons
Not as advanced or creative as other research agencies (in terms of approaches/techniques). Staff morale and turnover was low, structure overly hierarchical.
Staff are always overstretched and work unreasonably long hours as standard. There is little to no focus on staff well-being. Very poor staff benefits package (standard package of 25 days annual leave, mediocre pension). Little scope for promotion.
