Pros
Initially seemed good and there was some interesting work. There were also a couple of kind people working there. I got paid on time.
Cons
I was treated like the best thing ever when I joined and my manager promised she'd support me to develop and I’d get her job when she got promoted but it turned nasty very quickly when it became clear she was promising things that were never going to happen and she wasn't getting a promotion and was struggling with her current role. I was blamed for things which were other people's fault and I was forced to do things way beyond my job description. There was no support or understanding for serious health, personal, and family issues and this was used against me. The head of the team was manipulative and used people in his team to cover his own failings and mistakes. My managers pretended to be supportive when I started but it was all lies. I saw other people being treated terribly too and there were serious discrimination and harassment cases going on.
HR did nothing to resolve mine or anyone's issues but they seemed to have their own problematic bosses and most of the good HR people quit. The office culture is horrible, most people are looking for jobs elsewhere, and turnover is unbelievably high. I was only there a few months and quickly found a better job elsewhere.
