Great Owner & Great Company - Professional Clothier Harper & Jones Employee Review

Harper and Jones provides a family like atmosphere where everyone makes you feel welcomed and important. All employees push and support each other to meet the goals set by the company. Everything from our showroom environments to our garments are critically thought through and made with intention to provide an amazing and unforgettable experience to our clients.

We currently only have 3 showrooms but are looking to expand in the upcoming years. This will hopefully help continue to increase our brand awareness around the United States.

- Phenomenal people to work with, CEO is a great understanding and supportive individual - The fashion industry us so much fun -The manufacturing of garments is very European. - Great culture -Great mission and vision - Great sales atmosphere. - Company spends wisely in good marketing and branding -Drew Jones (owner) is a great fashion advocate and a great gentleman.

- They do not have a clear picture of how to compensate employees. most hires come in under 1099. - No benefits - The company does not have a clear picture of who they are. At times it seems to be a copy of J Hillburn concept which hires well connected females to make some extra income as 1099.
