Unorganized company - Mental Health Counselor Harmony Development Center Employee Review

Counseling programs there is No training. Paper work is ridiculous amount. Unorganized in terms of keeping updated/outdated documents. Files are not checked often by staff. Everything is done by scratch, including preparing your own files for each client. Bill expectations are ridiculous. Expectations overall are unrealistic. Company operates by reputation, would ensure to do anything to get the job done in order to get an Award by the end of the day. If you don’t want to burnout, then this is not the place for you.
