you get a small discount at a few overpriced restaurants so you can embrace the pretentious culture at the company
Cons
company is run at several levels of dictatorships, managers have no idea about your job, their job, but will find little things like "why were you in the bathroom for more than 5min" to show management. HR is an absolute mess and I have never seen that much turnover in this amount of time..... I mean how do you expect to build a good company culture when the team that's managing the culture is so toxic?
