Pros

The product, good people who work hard, discounts on bikes, rallys, pay is okay.

Cons

Dwindling benefits, multiple layers of management (leadership) which equates to big bureaucracy. Managers report to managers, Sr. Managers, Directors with one report, this company isn't big enough to support that kind of structure. Too political; promotions seem to go to fast talkers, egotists, people who kiss up and back-stabbers. Applying for opportunities in other areas just makes your current boss mad.

Pros
