Pros
I thuroughly enjoyed working at Harley-Davidson. It was a great learning experience. My co-workers were great and the feedback was always constructive.
Cons
The company is very devout to its employees, or at least has been. So much so that it has many people who've overstayed their welcome and are causing the company to lose sight of the markets it should be engaging. The company will suffer for several years as a result and I'm sad to say my internship did not lead to full time employment. Nevertheless I do not regret taking the job for a second.
