Pros

They still have a good base pay and their benefits are OK. They still have a product that many people want. They still seem to want to keep the product as American made as possible.

Cons

In the 15+ years I have worked there I have taken $1.50 cut in benefits for very $1 raise in base pay. The benefits used to be great, but now, at best are OK, but declining. Senior management went from caring about employees to caring about themselves and the stock market. Morale is absolutely horrible from the lowest hourly to the middle management and salaried. Concern of quality of product is stll OK, but is lower than in the past. The place is just plain mismanaged in every aspect.

Pros

Great Place to work, and learn about motorcycles

Cons

Promotion from Senior To Staff can take a while, but that's standard for most legacy OEMs

Pros

My hiring journey began with a seamless application process, followed immediately by an incredibly organized scheduling phase. The Harley team kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to guess where I stood, as next steps were always laid out clearly. During the interview experience the entire Harley team panel was professional, welcoming, and were genuinely interested in my background, making the interview feel like a collaborative conversation. The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.

Cons

I have no cons to call out based on my experience in the interview process.
