Pros

Friendly environment and good people

Cons

The company will write fake reviews to outweigh the honest reviews that former employees write. They will say it is not multilevel marketing, but when you’re not making a base pay and you go from “business to business” which really just means they send you door to door in an area for sales. Yes they work for big companies like Verizon, but this just means these big companies outsource their sales because it’s obviously cheaper to hire people for sales who only get paid commission. Turnover is high and not because people aren’t willing to work hard enough, but because it doesn’t make sense to work a job that is financially inconsistent.

1. We're not a multilevel marketing company. We're outsourced sales. Our sales reps don't make money from bringing friends or family on. 2. Yes everyone has designated territories or leads for sales. Do they go business to business and work their territory? Yes. 3. We don't "work for" big companies, we work with them to help acquire business customers. 4. Turnover is normal for any entry level position. Probably lower than hospitality, but higher than engineering. All current employees have been here 1 yr plus. 5. Commission sales isn't for everyone? 6. We made it through a pandemic, we'll make it past your ego.

Pros

They provide all training for the sales team and we represent the best telecom company in the country. I also enjoy helping small to medium size business owners save money on a service they have anyway. Hark only promotes from within, and I enjoy sales.

Cons

Personal development is harder then it looks.
