Pros
Promote from within the company even if you aren't qualified for the position. Experience in mulitple areas of medical equipment manufacturing. ISO and FDA
Cons
Management is a joke. Grown men and women acting like children on a daily basis. A professional and understanding culture is promoted but tends to fall short of both. The reality is that it's drama filled and constantly cut throat. They promote work and life balance but employees work 6-7 days a week and are scrutinized when they request time off or take a sick day. The ESOP and profit sharing is the reasoning to be well underpaid compared to the job market. The 2 raises a year that they sell will make out to be $0.25-$0.50 depending on how the owner of the company feels that day. Raises aren't based on anything and the president is the only one to make the raise amount, even though he doesnt know you or what you have done. As for promotions, if you dont go to church with the owner or brown nose, forget it. But if you do and you have no experience in the field, no worries, you got the job. Even if it wasn't posted. Favoritism and nepotism is real prevalent throughout. Its sickening and very unprofessional.
