Pros
I've worked at Hardware Resources for a number of years now and have been impressed. The level of professionalism with our upper management is highly regarded. There is a great team environment and momentum for a lot of potential. I've seen significant growth of the company during the years I've been here. With continued growth comes the necessary changes to support that growth. The company is always looking for ways to enhance our systems and processes to streamline work efficiency and provide a better work environment. The management value their employees and it shows with the salaries, bonuses, benefits and overall interest in their career and potential for growth. They value education and foster many training opportunities.
Cons
Because of the growth, there is continually improvements of our systems, processes, office locations, parking accommodations and other areas. It can get distracting at times but overall it's the momentum that drives that change so it's a small downside of positive growth.
