Working at Hardt Equipment has been a career-defining experience. As a Project Leader, I’ve had the opportunity to oversee the development of our signature Inferno Rotisseries and high-efficiency Hot Cases. The manufacturing projects here are unique because they blend high-level engineering with real-world culinary needs. We aren't just building machines; we are creating patented "Black Body" heat technology that sets the industry standard for global giants like Costco and Sam’s Club.
