Everyone is very nice. Good job for a rural area.

Small Town, isolated from larger cities.

Long stanging employer in a community that does not have many jobs. They have around 30 to 50 employees. There are many nice people that work at Hardin optical.

They care more about the bottom line than the people that make the company what it is. The hard work of all the people that work there is lost on the owners and managment. There is also a great riff between the owners and the managment that is frequently taken out on the workers.
