concerning. The environment felt very unprofessional, and there were ongoing issues within both staff and management that made it hard to take leadership seriously. There were constant rumors and inappropriate behavior happening even among admin, which created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional workplace culture. It was especially concerning to see how certain individuals in leadership positions were still allowed authority despite prior disciplinary issues—it really makes you question the standards being upheld. Patient safety was another major concern. There were instances where patients were handled in ways that felt excessive and inappropriate. While I will say things have somewhat improved since the facility faced legal issues and attempted to “clean house,” it still feels like some of the deeper problems have not actually changed. Overall, it seems like there have been efforts to improve on the surface, but certain patterns and behaviors continue behind the scenes. It’s unfortunate because a facility like this should be held to a much higher standard, especially when it comes to both staff professionalism and patient care.
