Pros

The management and team are really close and fun to work with.

Cons

The company had us put in 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week, for around a month in order to help set up a new store in Long Beach. After a few weeks the company began cutting our hours which was expect since we were no long setting up a new store. What caught us all off guard was that all part time employees went from working around 20 to 26 hours a week to a measly 12-16 hours a week split into 4-hour shifts. Pretty brutal way to get rid of extra employees. Instead of just firing us they made us go through this tactic.

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
