- only hires kids straight out of college, because anyone else is not willing to work 60 hour weeks for 45k - culture is pretty toxic, leading to poor retention. Lacks diversity there, though I have heard many things in the office that would make me uncomfortable if I were BIPOC. - non compete makes it a pain to find a job after the fact. - CEO will fire people for not liking him, let's managers engage in inappropriate relationships with their younger team members working below them. - Public humiliation is a favorite here, if you do something wrong expect to be ripped to shreds in front of the office, or be shaded in a company wide email. - the female contractors will be sexually objectified by males in the office, though they won't know about it. Very uncomfortable for female recruiters.
