      - great and smart people ready to help you - good environment to grow - possibility to switch your department

      Cons

      - poor management (non-existing trainings, small teams and many projects, unbalanced shifts) - low level income + unpaid overtime

      My immediate superiors and the entire ticketing team from the Corporate Travel Department are great. I learned so much from them.
