Pros

Good Pay - this blinded me from the red flags when joining. Some good people

Cons

So many things can be said here: -Founder acts like he cares, however he cares only about his ideas, not the feedback. -The founder does not believe in business attire, as he attends events in sweatpants and old company t-shirts. Yes, sweatpants. -ONE sales person at the top that will do anything to ensure they stay at the top, even if it means what is not right for the business or other sales person. This individual will go to extremes to run people over. (this is probably the worst part to witness) -Top sales leader is not a leader, they micromanage and insult everyone daily. -Just look at the turnover, its not worth it, as people are quitting without anything lined up.... they needed out. -There is not any training - if you are in sales, you get a laptop and access to listen to gong calls to learn. DO NOT ASK QUESTIONS - you will be insulted. -watch out, if they have been there awhile, they often do whatever it takes to protect their interest (usually not best for the company) -This place is NOT happy!

Pros

There are many great, hardworking, smart people who work at HappyCo, just as there are at all companies. They were truly a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, they can't offset the travesty of an executive team who calls the shots. Decent benefits, comparable to most tech companies.

Cons

Sincerely, this was the most chaotic and disappointing experience of my career. There were so many red flags. Constant change for the sake of change, giving the sense of throwing whatever comes to mind at the wall to see what sticks but pivoting too frequently to see results play out. Little consideration is given to the impact of decisions on employees, so there's a constant level of unease and stress in the ranks. Assurances by executives cannot be relied on, as I learned. Numerous leaders have left or been pushed out over the past year, and that kind of turnover is always concerning. Attrition is high, overall, with a huge migration out of the Services team, in particular, due to extremely poor leadership, aggressive management style and general lack of competence. Any time a company knowingly allows employees to be treated poorly by certain people in management and takes no definitive action to resolve that, despite it being reported consistently, it taints the entire organization. Especially when those people are actually rewarded for that behavior. As mentioned in other reviews, executives speak badly and make fun of people who have left, which is shocking, unprofessional and feels very middle school. So many red flags, it's hard to list them all.
