Pros
As an employee with Happy Feet, you do get 40% discount on the shoes there which is a very good perk. Also, the shoes that they carry are very comfortable and will definitely make your feet happy. The shoes they carry are absolutely amazing!
Cons
There is absolutely no growth or potential for upward movement whatsoever. I have been with the company now for quite awhile and haven't received a raise or even a performance review. I have been very unhappy working there. It would be a good job if you were in college looking for PT work or if you wanted to supplement your income. But if you are looking to build a career or work your way up the ladder, stay away from this company because it definitely will not happen.
