      Great discounts New CEO "let's hope changes are made"

      Cons

      Management ie: gm and regional Pay structure (it depends how much they like you or not, someone below you can make more) Very sales driven for numbers Average ticket 120 yet shoe care less than $10 counts against you.

      Pros

      My co-workers are great, work together as a team, some decent perks. like free shoes if you win. sometimes flexible hours.

      Cons

      Very low pay $6.00 per hour, the General Manager micro-manages every aspect of your work. Simply takes all the fun out of selling. Let's face it this is shoe sales and not brain surgery. This is not a career job with respect to pay and job advancement.
