Truly great people and company values. A welcome change from corporate dining. Money is good on busy shifts (dinners and brunches). Good perks and they really care about you.
Cons
Long shifts, typically 10 hours. Very late nights if closing.
The function of this restaurant is to boost the image of its senior leadership, nothing else. One of their locations is only a couple years old and already has had major turnovers. Money is not good. They bring a lot of new hires in to make it look exclusive, then cut people arbitrarily as a power play for their current staff. They don't use backwaiters either. Lot of squeeze for not a lot of juice.
