Pros
Hanson Consulting has a constant focus on finding great roles for their people matching the individual's skill set with the position requirements. In consulting projects can be long term but more often than not are mid to short term and Hanson works very hard to keep the pipeline opportunities available for their people rather then running a model of trying to find a body for a statement of work they have acquired (like many other vendor agencies do). Hanson works hard to attain the best projects which provide their people with exciting opportunities at very competitive pay rates with a strong benefits package too.
Cons
If you are looking for a heavily layered (multiple levels of management) place to work than Hanson is not for you. It is a very mobile, agile and streamlined organization with just the right level of overhead.
