Pros
I really enjoy working here. The office has a very nice atmosphere, and people are genuinely helpful, approachable and supportive. There is a strong focus on getting work done, but without feeling overly corporate. I also appreciate the balance between focused work and company culture. There are internal and external events, charity initiatives, people spotlights and team moments that help people feel connected. And, of course, there is still the good old tradition of going for a pint at the pub after work. There is always a lot happening, and what I respect most is how practical and committed people are. Everyone is focused on doing the best they can and delivering what needs to be done. Overall, it is a great place to work, with great people, a strong work ethic and a positive culture.
Cons
Because people are very focused on delivery and there is always a lot happening, there is sometimes less time for “nice to have” initiatives or longer-term improvements. Priorities can move quickly, so it helps to be practical, flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A bit more time and space for non-urgent initiatives would make the experience even better.
