      Friendly colleagues and great atmosphere. Flexible lunch hours.

      Cons

      Didn't know what they wanted - tried to convert all digital US publications into metric system to print at UK sizes, before deciding they were just going to use their publications as is. Spent a lot of time updating the website with new imagery, but never actually designing anything for the website as it was built externally.

      Pros

      Good people who care to make a difference but are cut off at the knee's by management.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management, nepotism and "lifers' who can do no wrong. CEO is unstable and moody as a person. 60% turnover in 2022. Horrible work environment.
