Very unsanitary conditions, extremely abusive management, if you make a mistake you will get screamed at and insulted in front of customers. If the manager is mad at you he can take you off the schedule indefinitely and will refuse to give you a shift for as long as he wants. Pay is low, which is expected for a server position, but you're also forced to split your tips evenly with the entire staff including the cooks who already get paid significantly more than you do.
