They never provide you incentives or hike.Don't even think in dreams that they will provide you hike and incentives. Working hours is horrible . That is from 8.30 Am to 6.30 Pm or even you have to stay there till 7 Pm. Or 9.30 Am to 7 or 7.30 Pm. According to the management people who are working there do not have any families or they do not have any commitments. Management will be very happy and appreciate you only if you are staying @ office after 7 Pm or 7.30 Pm. 10 hours you have to be @ office either you have work or not.They will respond to your mails only after a week, If you people drop a mail regarding leaves, you will get replies after a week and also you have to beg them for your leaves. Management is dramatically poor. Pay is very less when compared with market standards. If you need to relieve from handigital you have to serve 2 months notice period and the thing is if they do not need you they will relieve you within 2 days or in a week. Many people left within a span of 3 months.No facilities nothing. In short : Han Digital - The management with fake promises.
