They do not care about their employees. Even if you go to HR with anything, it goes in one ear and straight to the superintendent you may have the issue with and best believe he will make you hurt because of it. Foreman sell time for friends or anyone that he/she is cool with. Seen it first hand. The foreman's and up don't believe woman belong in the field so they will keep them down and won't train them. Heard it first hand from foreman's, general superintendents, and superintendents and HR don't care. they teach women out there like crap.
