Pros
Great place to learn about mental health, the mental health system, and provide hope and comfort to those in crisis. Huge growing experience and filled with counselors who really understand the need for mental health. These counselors truly care about their patients.
Cons
Management does not all respect your education or experience. There is a difference in how management is treated versus the Counselors that are interacting with the patients all day. Basically, there is a lack of unity between the management team and counselors. Counselors do not receive the support or respect from management necessary for a team atmosphere.
