Pros
Small and intimate company with a great story. A great segway job between careers.
Cons
The company's structure is heinously backwards. They will bring employees on with the title of "in-training" to avoid benefits and compensation. Employees will never see a promotion. I helped open two stores for them, and traveled across the country for them for almost a year. When there were opportunities for promotion, they always hired externally. In the time I was there, there was no retention. Every single person I worked with, or under, left within 6 months. Corporate is a joke, HR will reach out to you when they remember what HR even means, and the company even "prides itself on how they treat employees" yet, here we are. Please, if you are thinking of working here, do not feel bad searching for other jobs while on the clock.
