      Good people on the company floor flexible when it came to WFH

      Cons

      Found over time that there was not much care for back office, compliance & finance in particular. Treated very differently to sales.

      Company on contract too is really good. Excellent work life balance

      Cons

      Terrible benefits. no holiday or vacation pay, unless you want to take substantially less money and then it is only 1 week
